Disaster struck a day before a trade show. The fake cakes planned for display turned out badly. I used Photoshop to fix them, while real cakes were baked. As the cakes were finished, I took photos, replaced backgrounds, and added layers. Fourteen hours later, we had an extensive cake sample book ready to go to the show.
